EB5MA Successfully Closes Fundraising for Devens Hospital Project

We are pleased to announce that the EB-5 fundraising for our latest venture, the Devens Project has been successfully closed. The Devens Project, recently renamed TaraVista Behavioral Health Center™, is ground up construction that will create a 104-bed substance abuse and psychiatric hospital. $8 million dollars in equity financing will be provided in partnership with Boston based developer, GFI Partners. 400 new jobs will be created because of the construction and operations. Additionally, this hospital will meet the life-saving need due to the opioid drug epidemic in our state. The hospital is anticipated to open in the Fall of 2016.
EB5MA regional center will continue to provide our clients with quality projects and professional services. For more available project information, please contact us at info@eb5ma.com.
