EB5MA Successfully Closes Fundraising for Devens Hospital Project
We are pleased to announce that the EB-5 fundraising for our latest venture, the Devens Project has been successfully closed. The Devens Project, recently renamed TaraVista Behavioral Health Center™, is ground up construction that will create a 104-bed substance abuse and psychiatric hospital. $8 million dollars in equity financing will be provided in partnership with Boston based developer, GFI Partners. 400 new jobs will be created because of the construction and operations. Additionally, this hospital will meet the life-saving need due to the opioid drug epidemic in our state. The hospital is anticipated to open in the Fall of 2016.
EB5MA regional center will continue to provide our clients with quality projects and professional services. For more available project information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For nearly two years, Studio 52, Allston’s warehouse-turned-artist-space, has been accommodating and exceeding the needs of the local music scene.
....Which is why Massachusetts — where resilience isn’t just an adage, it’s a way of life — has found so much value in the EB-5 Regional Center investor visa program.
Foreign investors looking to land a coveted US green card have financed luxury apartments in the up-and-coming Fenway, hotels in Manhattan, ski resorts in Vermont, and Miami’s version of the Eiffel Tower. Now, they are increasingly pouring their money into a less glitzy but thriving industry: drug rehabilitation and psychiatric clinics.
Pierce Boston, a 30-story residential tower, is planned for the junction of Boylston Street and Brookline Avenue in the Fenway.
Pierce Boston broke ground in the Fenway seven months ago, and even before the building opened a sales office, its condominiums were 30 percent pre-sold.
Bastille Kitchen has an opening date. Finally! The opening seemed imminent when we took this tour of the space, complete with a glimpse at gorgeous plates, back in the beginning of June. Now Fort Point behemoth Bastille Kitchen (pictured) finally has an opening date: Monday, July 28.

CONGRATULATION: First I--829 Approvals
EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts, Inc. is thrilled to announce that our regional center has received our first I-829 approvals.
After more than 6 years of diligent working on the project, the approval of the I-829 petition is the perfect ending of an investor's EB-5 visa immigration process. It indicates the true success of an EB-5 investment.
EB5MA team will continue working with the utmost diligence towards all our future projects.
Bastille Kitchen, at 49 Melcher St., is Greenberg’s first Boston restaurant since he opened Mistral, a celebrated French restaurant in the South End, in 1997. He said the two restaurants will be very different.
