Bob has been working within the EB-5 program since 2010. With the experience of coordinating multiple USCIS approved projects, he specializes in identifying and evaluating potential EB-5 project opportunities throughout Massachusetts, as well as Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire. The relationships he has developed with city and state officials through administering the EB-5 program has helped to align private projects with public interests, and foster the opportunity for public-private partnerships. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business (BSIB) from Bryant University with a focus on Management, with a Minor in Mandarin. He volunteers at the Boston Red Cross Food Pantry throughout the year, and also enjoys volunteering annually at Christmas in the City, a day-long holiday celebration for over 3,000 homeless children from the city of Boston.
Olivia manages client relationship and is responsible for the marketing development. With the bilingual skill (Mandarin and English), she provides client services to the local and international investor communities. Olivia received B.A. from Zhejiang University and an M.A. in Mass Communication from University of Georgia. With previous working experiences and sets of skills, Olivia brings into the team professional customer service experience and marketing strategies.
Mr. Kasper brings thirty years of experience in real estate development and entrepreneurial investments. Mr. Kasper holds B.A. and M.F.A. degrees from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, Class of 1977. He has served as an advisor and consultant to many businesses and brings significant skills to EB5MA.
Jillian has been with EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts since January 2010. Jillian is an attorney, licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She uses her legal expertise as general counsel to the EB5MA Regional Center. She is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the regional center. Jillian is a native of Massachusetts, she graduated from Bentley University, and Suffolk University Law School. Jillian is the Vice Chair of the Membership Committee of IIUSA, a business association dedicated to the integrity and promotion of the EB-5 Program. In her spare time, she actively pursues volunteer opportunities, including the Germantown Food Pantry in Quincy.
Mr. Edwards is one of the original founders of EB-5 Jobs For Massachusetts Regional Center, the first Regional Center USCIS certified in Massachusetts and eastern New England. Edwards has worked in the EB-5 arena since the program’s inception in the early 1990’s. He is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management. For more than 35 years he has created, managed and marketed businesses with a focus on residential and commercial real estate development and sales. He was General Manager of one of Massachusetts’ top ten real estate organizations. He served as a U.S. Army Officer in the Medical Service Corp until 1972. Edwards worked on many town administrative committees. He has been affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network, Boy Scouts of America and other meaningful social organizations.
