Bastille Kitchen Is Finally Coming, Brian Poe's Empire Expands

Bastille Kitchen has an opening date. Finally! The opening seemed imminent when we took this tour of the space, complete with a glimpse at gorgeous plates, back in the beginning of June. Now Fort Point behemoth Bastille Kitchen (pictured) finally has an opening date: Monday, July 28.

In addition to I-526 approvals, the Melcher Street Project is enjoying commercial success. Bastille Kitchen, our joint venture restaurant, opened over the summer and has been dubbed one of the U.S.’ 12 hottest French restaurants by Zagat, attracting all sorts of celebrities for dinner, like Derek Jeter and Donald Trump.
