Douglas P. Edwards
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Edwards has a long career in developing, managing, and marketing businesses with a primary focus in the real estate industry. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army’s Medical Service Corp, until 1972. Mr. Edwards has worked with EB-5 matters since the program’s inception in the early 1990’s. He is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management and has more than forty years of successful new business creation, real estate development and property management services. Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Fortuna is Bentley University alum and she received her juris doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the States of Massachusetts and New York, as well as the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Prior to joining EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts, Ms. Fortuna worked in the legal department of AEW Capital Management. Robert Fox
Executive Vice President
Mr. Fox is a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island, having received his Bachelor of Science in International Business with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese. He has worked and studied in Beijing, completing Bryant’s first International Internship in China. He leads the team with Business Development and management as well as marketing efforts.
James Kasper
Business Consultant
Mr. Kasper brings thirty years of experience in real estate development and entrepreneurial investments. Joining the team over a year ago, Mr. Kasper has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, Class of 1977. He has served as an advisor and consultant to many businesses and brings significant skills to EB5MA.
