John J. Downey, Jr. Esq. - Mr. Downey has been practicing immigration law for the past 35 years. His practice includes all aspects of immigration and nationality law and related family and business law matters. John has worked since 1992 on a variety of EB-5 matters. He is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk Law and served in the US Army in the Judge Advocate General office. John is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and is admitted to practice before The Supreme Court of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
Douglas P. Edwards – Mr. Edwards has a long career in developing, managing, and marketing businesses with a primary focus in the real estate industry. He served as an officer in the US Army’s Medical Service Corp, until 1972. Edwards has worked with EB-5 matters since the program’s inception in the early 1990’s. He is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management. and has more than forty years of successful new business creation, real estate development and property management services.
James N. Kasper - Mr. Kasper, M.B.A Harvard, 1977, recently joined the EB-5Mass. team. Mr. Kasper has 30 years of experience in real estate development and entrepreneurial investments. He has served as an advisor and consultant to many businesses and brings significant skills to EB-5Mass.
Jillian Fortuna, Esq. - Ms. Fortuna is a graduate of Bentley University and received her juris doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the States of Massachusetts and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. Prior to joining EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts, Ms. Fortuna worked for AEW Capital Management.
Robert Fox - Mr. Fox is a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island receiving his Bachelor of Science in International Business with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese. He has worked and studied in Beijing, completing Bryant’s first International Internship in China. He leads the team with marketing efforts and assists with overall market development strategy.
Min Wu - Ms Wu is a graduate of Boston University and received her juris doctorate from the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She manages and oversees office immigration matters, corporate organization and document management.
